Rebecca Qiu
RESEARCH FELLOW
Rebecca Qiu is a Research Fellow at the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation (CCMR).
Before joining PIFS and CCMR, Rebecca worked as a summer associate at Debevoise & Plimpton and Boies Schiller Flexner. She also served as a summer law clerk at the California Department of Justice. She was also a student contributor for Lawfare.
Rebecca earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2026. She holds an MPhil in Economic and Social History from the University of Cambridge and earned her B.A. in History from Brown University.
